I used to be employed as writer and media relations officer of a Mindanao-based bank here in Davao City. In the more than 5 years I’ve spent working with the bank, I had the privilege to tour like 60 key locations and almost all of the regions of Mindanao. Lucky me, I should say. Not everybody has had the opportunity to do just that. Well, I did–and guess what, all for free. And now that I’ve taken a backseat from all that traveling and decided to work my way through an online writing career, I thought that all those Mindanao trips should not just be left out to memories but documented on the web so that other Mindanaoans out there could one way or another appreciate the sights and sounds of Mindanao. Sure, its a beautiful place and you must see Mindanao!
